Skiing on Fanaraaken on the 17th of May, 1999
For some people it is a tradition to celebrate the 17th
of May on Fanaraaken. I think about 50-100 people climbed this famous
mountain this year, bringing their flags and very good food and drinks.
A part of the trip is very steep, and it takes 2-4 hours
from your car to the top. Downhill it takes.... well it depends, some people
are good skiers, some not.
The skiers on these pictures are Per Aaretun and Oddvar Walaker
